Oregon law requires campaigns to collect and report the name and address of all contributors. For individuals whose contributions exceed $90 in a calendar year, occupation and employer information must also be collected and reported. Contributions from political committees must include the committee name and registration information. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, and other entities must be reported using the organization’s legal name and address. All contributions are publicly disclosed through the Oregon Secretary of State’s Elections Division.
